Angela will be offering a fabulous dinner at her restaurant Centro featuring a delicious salmon in Veracruzana sauce served over fragrant cilantro rice, along with cinnamon flan for dessert.

You’ll also get a container of Angela’s new signature salsa to take home with you, created exclusively for BLOOMHERE!

Proceeds from this event will benefit our nonprofit’s mission of providing women survivors of abuse, addiction, prostitution, and trafficking with a safe place to live and space and resources to heal.

Guests who will be dining at Centro can arrive as early as 7 p.m. for a pre-dinner welcome cocktail.

“Hope”, “Love”, and “Faith” are the names of our lavish body oils, each of which is hand made by our community of women survivors and contain a variety of natural, essential oils. Hope is our energizing body oil that drives inspiration, rejuvenation, and creativity; Love is our nurturing body oil that inspires self-love, compassion, and grace; and Faith is our soothing body oil that offers relaxation, balance, and peace. Every ticket holder will get their choice of one 10mL roll-on body oil – an $18 value!

ABOUT ANGELA SALAMANCA + CENTRO

Angela Salamanca grew up in Colombia before moving to Raleigh in 1994 at the age of just 17. She has been working in the restaurant industry ever since. While working, she attended UNC-Chapel Hill and graduated with a degree in Studio Art and Art History. Centro opened in downtown Raleigh in 2007. The colorfully decorated restaurant serves delectable Mexican cuisine—much of which was inspired by her love of Mexico and her frequent visits to Oaxaca.
